Who runs this app

This app and its servers are operated by the app's developer, who is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach the developer using the contact details at the end of this policy.

What information we collect

We only collect what the app needs to give you an account and run the community features:

• Account information. To create an account you provide an email address. If you sign up with email and password, your password is stored only in a securely hashed form and is never kept in plain text. If you sign in with Google instead, Google sends us your email address, your basic Google profile information such as your name, and your Google account identifier, so we can create and recognize your account.
• Content you create. The questions you submit to the community and the votes you cast on questions are stored on our server so the app can show results, tally what the majority thinks, and let you see your own activity.
• Basic technical data. Like any online service, our servers automatically process standard request data such as your device's network address while handling your requests, for security and reliable operation.

We do not collect your contacts, your location, your photos, or any data from other apps, and the app contains no advertising and no third party analytics or tracking tools.

How we use your information

We use the information only to operate the app: to create and secure your account, to authenticate you when you sign in, to publish and rank the questions and votes that make up the community, to show you your own questions and votes, and to keep the service safe and working. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

How your information is stored and protected

Your account and content are stored on a secured cloud server and managed database. Connections between the app and our server use encrypted transport (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and access to the database is restricted. While no online service can promise perfect security, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

The authentication token that keeps you signed in is stored locally on your own device and is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.

Sign in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, the sign in is handled by Google and we receive only your email address and basic profile information needed to identify your account. Google's handling of your information is governed by Google's own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. The only parties that process your information are the infrastructure providers we rely on to run the app, namely our cloud hosting provider and our database provider, and they process it solely on our behalf to operate the service. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

How to delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and all of the information associated with it at any time. Send a deletion request from your account email to the contact address at the end of this policy with the word "delete" in the subject, and we will remove your account, your submitted questions, and your votes from our systems. You can also stop all local data collection at any time by signing out and uninstalling the app.

Data retention

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account exists. When you request deletion, we remove your personal account data from our active systems.

Children's policy

This app is intended for users 17 years of age and older and is rated for a mature audience, because the community questions can touch on adult and sensitive social topics. The app is not directed to children under 17, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 17.

Your rights and choices

You can access and update your basic account information inside the app, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local data protection laws, and we will honor those rights where they apply.

International users

The app is offered primarily to users in Israel. If you use the app from another country, your information may be processed on servers located in other regions in line with applicable laws and the policies of our infrastructure providers.
